Making a new thread for my passion project. It's been a minute as I completely scrapped the old code and completely restarted rebuiliding the code from scratch last year. It's been an arduous journey but everything is finally coming together. I just posted a gameplay demostration video showcasing some of the abilities for one of the characters. There is alot I still haven't shown as well as some additionally abilities still being added to the game. Please ignore any bugs as the game is still in production phase. Feel free to ask questions or add any ideas or suggestions in the comments, I will do my best to answer everyone. Cheers!

Hello! Since you stated you're open to suggestions I will put in my two cents of mind.

- If possible, make controller remapping and keyboard remapping fully intact on launch.
- We do not know if it's too complex in your environment, but a color toggle of [post-hit flash on enemy's body] would be awesome to player's eyes. Style A= white flash, Style B= darker flash, Style C= green flash, etc..
- We do not know if it's too complex in your environment, but a sound volume toggle will be gracious to player's ear, BGM/SFX volume slider, etc...
- If possible, make [player collision box against environment] and [player hurt box against hazard/enemies] two separate objects so that it's easier to manage game balance.
- Since your project is going to be modeled after contra games we hope there could be some branching paths in order to guarantee some replay value.
