Just started playing this game and I have to say, it's really good! A strange combo of Silent Hill and Metal Gear Solid with gameplay that's kinda like GTA.

Anyone else playing this?

I;m not going to support a game made for the sake of stirring more controversy in an industry that doesn't need it at the moment.  That's just my opinion...carry on...

Err...censured=fail....simple...It's a mixture of GTA with MGS, please, don't compare this with Silent Hill..anyways...nice way to kill people...cliche of psycho movies...but...was alrigth..

Jeez there are a lot of critics here. The game DOES have a little in common with Silent Hill atmosphere-wise.

Yeah yeah...
...actually the name Slayer has two connotations: It is a mixture of the term "Vampire Slayer", and also the dark imagery that surrounds the word "Slayer" on its own...
...though I'm actually thinking of a name change soon...I tried Famine, but, I don't know...
...Maybe I'll just call myself "..." for the frequency I use that literary device...

I've seen some videos of it and damn, it's pretty disturbing...

Even more so than CoD

Having said that, I don't think it was made purely for the shock value. There does seem to be some depth under the brutal killing. If people are enjoying it let them be.
