Just pulled this game off the PSN network. It's a nice little retro game to play. It's like an Arcade version of the original NES classic with MSX music synth going on. However I do find that most adventure island games still have yet to top the SNES classic Super Adventure Island.

Still more partial to the original NES trilogy of Adventure Island, SAI had a nice soundtrack, but the dinosaurs you could ride from 2 and 3 were gone. AI 1 is simple pure arcade action, and Wonderboy in disguise, and is great despite it's difficulty and length.
