Topic: Skyrim Dawnguard Volikhar castle CV Dracula style throne room

I thought I woul run this by this forum, incase anyone plays Skyrim, if you do then you know about Dawnguard likely. I am looking to turn the Molag Bal shrine room in the castle into a fitting Vampire Lord throne room inspired by Dracula's throne.

The game really lets you play as a ideal powerful Dracula like vampire, you can change into a demonic vampire bat like form as Dracula does in some CV games. You can steal souls, raise undead, summon demons (deadra in TES) and really do about any kind of magical effect you can think of. Anyway, this obviously is only going to apply to people who play Skyrim on PC but here is my thread about the throne room. If you yourself are a  modder, play Skyrim and like the idea you might be able to help me with the room

Aw man. I wish I were more skilled in that arena. That sounds like a pretty ace idea.

Which iteration of the throne room were you thinking of using as inspiration? Symphony's is very simple but effective, DXC's was a bit better realized, and yet for all it's flaws, Judgment had a pretty decent aesthetic going with the Castle.

You're a member of the Steam community SaibotMK? Sweet! So am I! I have several mods downloaded for my PC copy of Skyrim. Unfortunately Dawnguard is a little out of my reach as I need to pay for it and I don't use credit cards. If you do get some screens out show 'em to us

Yes definitly! I decided to actually do somehing a bit more simple and put a appropriate vampire throne in the room of the castle that is for the player (Lord of the castle). At least just for now and I should have time do mess with that Sunday or next week. That is if I find a model for the throne or at very least someone who could retexture the Whiterun throne to look more vampiric and just temporarly use that.

The right side of the room does not fit in at all to me, there is torture stuff & blood on tables etc in other parts of the castle, so the right side of the room will be replaced with a Dracula style throne area.


Cathedral, the original room that a very epic throne room could be done but this room has two major heavily scripted quest and is a closed cell from the rest of the main castle. So just behind this screenshot are double doors that once you click on you go through a loading screen. It is more of hassle for a inexperienced modder like myself to mess with.
