I don't think Konami is willing to devote much of their resources on CV, so they made a cheaper to produce version, the drama.
I wish there were more of these dramas...  :'(

What about SotN japanese title then? "Nocturne of the Moonlight" is atrocious too? A recollection is when you remember things from the past, generally good things.

It's a musical term.
I find "Nocturne of Recollection" to be a poetic way of expressing the fact of remembering the past.
