hi CVD.

Have you ever fought a final boss that you knew had an epic final form coming up, but once you actually saw it for the first time were you just like "what the **** is THAT?" for one reason or another?

SMT has a lot of that (particularly Persona 1, though it was its 1st form).  Phantasy Star IV got really over the top too.  as well as Drakengard 3's true final boss.

Resident Evil 5. My thoughts were pretty much, "Sweet! Time for a badass showdown with Wesker! Wait. What's he do--- What the f--- You've gotta be joking. Seriously? I don't even"

King Allant was like that. Here's a pretty hard game with a pretty easy final boss

Frieza.

1st form: Yeah I know I'm short and have a girly voice but I'm still the strongest villian in the universe!

2nd form: Who's the short guy now?  8)

3rd form: Okay it's getting a bit creepy now.

Final form: SUPER GHAYYYYYY

I also didn't like how Frieza and Goku had this giant epic final fight that has everyone holding on to the edge of their seats that lasted like 30 episodes but in the end it was Trunks that finished the job in a single episode

Man that alien 'thing' has such disproportionate hands compare with his huge head. Not much for grabbing but I bet he could rub one out using his feet  :-X

Melzas' second form in Alundra was pretty "wut?"

And I guess I can hop on that bandwagon and say Giygas.
