Topic: Castlevania SOTN Hard Mode

I don't know if anyone made a thread about this before, but theres a couple hacks which make this game harder. First is:

This hack which changes enemy stats, hp, removes/nerfs weapons and items.

If you want the same game but want the bosses to have more HP for longer fights then you can use this patch:

I prefer the 2nd hack but then traversing the castle remains borings. If only someone made a boss marathon hack. Hasn't happened tho. But definately play the 1st one as it makes it pretty challenging. I had to use savestates on doppleganger10. I guess I ain't as good as I thought.

I haven't tried either of these, but I think I'll hop onto the first one. The second one sounds like the artificial kind of difficult, in that it leans more toward tedium than actual difficulty.
