Sweet! Some may think it unnecessary since only the intro is in another language, but I wouldn't mind at all.

The reason for it is that this is easier than uncensoring the US version.

Looks awesome!! I will say it'll be nice to have the US whip sound and slower prologue music with the Japanese content uncensored!

The only thing I don't like about this is because of the changed logo, the blood is now dripping off of nothing and it looks kinda silly.

I actually prefer the JP version of the whip sound myself, as it sounds more like Simon swinging a metal chain through the air then the US version does. Although the metal sound is vastly improved upon in the SNES Dracula X game.

The hack author found the sprite data for the blood drip and will eventually reposition it to drip off the logo.

Not to mention some of us are working on a number of alternate title logos.

I'd definitely keep them as close as possible to the early castlevania logos. The modern IGA title or the similar LoS title just wouldn't work for such an iconic SNES game.

Agreed. The V in the older logo could work with the blood drip too

Absolutely! I was thinking about that as well. But since the 'V' is located almost in the middle of the word Castle'V'ania, the blood could be moved towards the center so as to match up with the logo.
