But if that's being so called 'hater' to think so then I'm perfectly fine with that and have a Master's Degree in it.   Hell, I teach that bitch on Mondays, classes are at 8 a.m., feel free to come join me.  :P :P :P

Lol.

I like the new trailer for the game, the CGI is great and dare I say, Aeon's final move looks pretty good. Clocktower stage looks fun.

I'm actually  :o looking foward to this game more now  :o .

Damn you IGA.  DAMN YOU!

Why give Konami the friggin money and tell them (sales wise) that you would want more games like this if you really don't?

Thank you. It's nice to know there's another person out there that thinks as I do.

The game is meant to generate money by Konami. It's obvious, and anyone who thinks it's actually meant to be anything other is deluded. If Konami gets said money from people and fans, then we're giving them full reason to continue to make crap money-maker games. Do any of you want that? Honestly?

You want a fun fighter game with Castlevania characters......go play Serio's game, or wait for his full version of it, because it's bound to be much better than Judgment. Nice CGI aside (I do admit, the CGI is nice)...Judgment is not a game meant to be a heart-stopping game meant to challenge fans. It's about money, which I think is a insulting slap in the face to Castlevania fans everywhere.

not challenge players? the msot difficult games i own are fighting games, the original castlevanis's i find easier thena  fighter on a hard or hardest difficulty setting, altho i already payed for both new games, i'd stillr ather base my opinions after i play the game, altho i still prefer Judgement over OOE, call me crazy.

It's so funny that people can sit down and honestly say things to themselves that are as stupid as this "The game is meant to generate money by Konami".

Duh, every video game ever made is meant to generate money.  Castlevania has been around for 22 years now and has seen over 25 releases.  Which one of them put out isn't about generating money?  Dracula X Chronicles?  Legacy of Darkness?  Castlevania Chronicles?

Judgement isn't any different than OoE other than the fact it's taking the series in a new direction.

I never knew Castlevania fans were so serious about everything, can't you just accept the game and move on?  Big deal, so they're putting out a fighting game.  Again, 22 years, 25+ releases, TONS of characters and environments, it makes perfect sense to do, and it's shocking that they haven't done it before.

If you don't want the game because you don't like fighting games, then don't get it, no one is making you.  If you like fighting games, and you're a fan of the Castlevania series why would you not be interested in it?  Because it's a spin off?  Please, there are tons of great games out on the market which are spinoffs.  Stop being babies.

I mean how can people sit here and slam a game that they haven't played and seen maybe 5 total minutes of gameplay from internet clips???  But I forgot, all Castlevania gamers are psychic and know that this game will suck and all Castlevania gamers are part of the Konami market team and know that this game is put out solely to make money..

..because we all know it's not possible for anyone to want to do something different to a series without doing it soley for money.. nope, there's no chance at all that IGA wanted to make a fun game for the longtime fans of a series, but we can't handle that, it's way too much for our tiny brains, so we'll just sit around on the internet bitching about a game that we haven't even played.  Ugh, some people are so ignorant it's mind boggling.

the overall design of the castle looks pretty good.  i like the shots of the owl flying around it and the camera zooming out on Aeon at the clock tower.  I'd love to be able to control the owl and just fly around the place to be able to see it at different angles.

Let's all buy this game and break it in half.
here's a better idea.

download the game, burn it on a dvd, then break that in half and melt the remains with fire. then delete the iso.

that way you not only not support konami to make more games like that and have your fun destroying it, you also spit them in the face and say "your game's not even worth pirating"

:o

Rather just a matter of taste if you ask me. I don't only dislike it because of the style, but, because I don't really like fighters either.

Obata style + fighter = no motivation to buy. :/
