Aww, come on now. We all know Super CV didn't have the most imposing incarnation of Drac out there. The game just plain rocked, so you could easily forgive a minor little detail like that.

I always thought after making Gaibon and Slogra, who haven't changed since then, the spriters were so tired, they didn't have the energy left to make a real 2nd form for Drac and just changed his head a bit.
