given that there aren't 14 known belmonts, i wouldn't say that was as big an issue as you make it out to be.

3 left, i would probably guess richter, medusa, and leon. though i couldn't really say, i would have never guessed the star of a game that isn't even out yet would get a spot.

And that kinda leads me to our wonderful sprite banner and why Victor's still there when he's as official as the nameless sprites from Bloodletting(Other "could haves"). Desmond, being as corny as he is, has more of a place up there than Victor.

Because I respect all characters from all CVs.  The only reason Desmond and others are missing is because 1. I haven't gotten around to doing a 'good' version of his sprite for the banner, and 2. we're running out of room in the keep so an alternate location for the banner might be in order soon.

Oh my god, that's a sprite animations waiting to happen! LOL! I can just see Dracula appearing over the CV Dungeon logo, blazing the area and everybody making a mad panic for the stair case. Little Maria get's knocked down and trampled on. Someone saying, "Oh the humanity!".

14 characters is pretty disappointing.

I was hoping for around 20.

Maybe it's 14 to start off though and then some unlockables.

All I know is Soma better be in the game.

I'm happy about Cornell, but how are they going to use Carmilla? All she can do is transform into a monster, so what kind of moves could they give her?

No, but in the actual game, she didn't even fight in her human form. It would be awesome if they did something similar to Ivy from Soul Calibur! That would fit her perfectly.

She's a female vampire, it's not hard.  They could easily use some of her magic attacks in her smaller form.
