Psp mod help

I am going to get the psp 3000 so I want to keep my old vader one and mod it so that I can play all my old ps1 games on it. I have seen people do it before and I want to do it.

.....How the hell do you do this? I know nothing about mods at all. For all I know there is a freakin wire inside that you have to cut to do it (..well probably not. If it is though...well that just shows how much I know). I have no idea how to get my games on the memory stick either if that is how it is done. Anyone know how or can point me in the right direction?

Nowadays you are either a graphics whore or a fanboy. BR is Shank not CV. It is ridiculous to think that it is better than CV. If it was CV then it would be what RE4 is to Resi, a series killer. Dumb it down and make it look pretty. Enough idiots will buy it.

Check out www.pspbrew.com It's one of the most helpful sites you'll ever come across when it comes to modding your PSP.

I have an older Phat PSP so I never had to mess with the Pandora thing, and as such, I don't know much about it.  :P

I can give you the files for making a magic stick through PM, but for a pandora's battery you'll need a phat PSP battery. You can make a pandora's battery with magic stick.

Ya dun have to cut anythin in the psp.  To modify your psp, you have to change your firmware to 1.50 I think with a pandora battery and stick.  Then you dl some firmware to make it to somethin then the recent firmware.

I have done it before and if you need help, lmk via emailing me.

I don't believe you have to mod it to play PS1 games. If you can use a particular program(one DOES exist) to convert the ISO files into an EBOOT that it WILL load it like a normal game, because the PSP has a PSX emulator built right in.

I have that program. I use it for its ability to go the other way (from eboot to iso) when I DL psx games to play on my ps2
