I don't understand why people don't give that much love to Jaws of a Scorched Earth. I really like that track with the way it starts out and increasigly feels somber.

Hard Won Nobility, Emerald Mist, and Edge of the Sky are my favorite tracks. I also have a thing for Rhapsody of the Forsaken and The Colossus.

Dissonant Courage is pretty good.

I seriously hope people aren't criticizing Riddle based on those crap rips of the OST that were out awhile ago.

@aziela

well yeah i didn't say all of them, i just can't put my hands on OoE that it was really missing something, the item drop part from enemies were gone so every time i get back to the village my head knocks me that i need to collect items for the quests and cool items :( and how did PoR became RUSHED? some elements on PoR was stupid, the Axe knight looked like it was made out of clay, and the way of collecting projectiles and skill are boxed, looks like it came in a package or something XD

How does anything become rushed? It simply means they didn't put in enough development time to make a cohesive non buggy product.

They just didn't take the time they needed.

It's good to see other people like Edge of the Sky and Hard Won Nobility.  I'm not sure why, but I had the feeling that I'd be kind of alone in my extreme like of them, and others would think they were only okay at best  :-X

The sentiment makes sense, as I felt they were pretty forgettable.

I can't even remember where they are from.

Need to add Tower of Dolls to my list, forgot about that one...

Ah, yes, haven't commented on the music of OoE.

They're good. Some even great, but some others take quite a long time (and game grinding) to get accustomed to. Also, some of the titles of the music looks rather off.... 'Chamber of Ruin' sounds more like 'Festival of Servants' with its rather circus-y style... (although I like the track itself :))

These are the ones I like the most of the whole game:

Malak's Labyrinth: There's some... kind of hypnotic feel with this music, especially in the in-game area with those floating enemies.... a little hypnotic, but this is practically the first tune that gets stuck to my head among the rest :)

Edge of Sky: It sounds rather melancholic to me :) Nice one.

Jaws of Scorched Earth: I believe it's not everyday we hear Castlevania Jazz :)

Dissonant Courage: Now THAT'S a boss theme :)
(And OMFG, the rearranged version is just epic)

Also, has someone or can someone pinpoint the composer for each of the tracks? There are two composers, Michiru Yamane and Yasuhiro Ichihashi, and I'm not that good in guessing which is composed by who (my only guess is that 'The Colossus' is composed by Yamane; It sounds a little too similar to some of her previous works).....
