Which of the girls from Rosario + Vampire is the hotest?  Personally, I'm split between Moka and Kurumu, but I'm voting for Moka.  When in doubt, I tend to go with the vampire.

Yeah, it did.  It seemed to center around the comedy of dumb situations which were more stupid then funny.  The manga is a lot better.  You can read it on onemanga.com.

Only in the manga of season 2 and yes it is a CV reference.  However, that whip's power is different.

Only in the manga version? t-t Ah well, since most folks mentioned how the manga was better I think I'll give the anime a pass and check that out instead.
