Even me, I'm badly waiting to play this new entry. This means it can be a good Castlevania game, finally !

After 8 years of infinite wait. Maybe it'll be a bad game, but at least it will be different from all the latest releases.

I don't think it'll be bad, but it probably won't be OMG BEST CV EVAR neither.

I am curious to see what reasoning behind the fights will be because one preview said they were able to make the locked fights important by making Gabriel able to surpass a obstacle like a door or something more realistically with a key or ramming a giant spider through it. I'm wondering if there's more to it than just locked doors turn into small fetch quests though.

How do you Know necromancer is a Lord? I mean, it's confirmed that the third lord is LORD OF NECROMANCERS just as Cornell is Lords of werewolves and Carmilla Lady of Vampires, it was supposed to de Death Lord of Necromancers, not Necromancer lord of necromancers half-assed previews suck, please mr Cox, i think we're about time! who is the third LOS?!, WHAT THE HELL; SHOW US DEATH ALREADY!  

Edit: I just remembered I asked Cox about Death being necromancer and he said "No he's not. You have not seen death by any means" so, it's a misunderstanding.

Well, if he's not Death, I suppose his clothes sorta remind me of Shaft's ghost... there were necromancers in CotM and the SNES Dracula X.

This also reignites my hope of little asshole flying sickles in true 3D.

Haha. That would probably the only good reason why he would show up in this game, and if he goes through the 'Lawds rape machine' as Nagumo put it, you can bet that I'll be rolling on the floor with laughter.

Yeah, I think it's alright to link to spoilers, but... maybe we shouldn't discuss the lawds so openly?

Anyway, my main concern at this point is the camera and nothing but the camera. Seems you don't always know where the hell you're supposed to go. Some of the transitions are awkward indeed. The game is linear, I know that, but in order to find all the secrets it seems you will have to run around at the edges of each screen to see if the camera will change angle. Maybe it won't feel weird once you play it, but it looks suspicious...
