Is the DLC only out in the USA?  I'm in Canada and can't find it, although my knowledge of xbox live is very basic at best.  I would be grateful if somebody would be kind enough to describe how to find it on xbox live.

Right now I'm predicting the boss of Reverie will not be the final boss of Resurrection, I'm still banking on Dracula being the "notorious enemy."

Actually there's no boss in Reverie, it only gets mentioned and it's set to fight in resurrection and oh surprise it's not Dracula (Seriously OSM?)

It was said in gaf that there were no enemies and that's not true I've already seen one in the walkthrough O.o
