Halo sucking is only a matter of opinion and few of the majority share your views considering how immensely popular Halo is and how high the anticipation for Halo reach is up

Just because something is popular doesn't mean its good. The majority of people out there have never played Castlevania or some of the more obscure titles, so they don't know what they are missing. They only anticipate Halo, Gears of War, and so on because they have seen the trailers on TV and know it exists...

But Castlevania spans like 25 years! That is a good thing, and even a bad thing (for the younger generation that thinks the series is old, or is just unaware of it..)

wut i'm saying is that Just because he thinks it sucks doesn't mean it actually sucks. if he had said "Halo sucks in my opinion" then i wouldn't have replied to him

I just want to see the new press conference video (not the interview) that apparently has a confirmation that Alucard is in it, that and I just want to see what's new.

Not sure if it has been mentioned but, I heard people talking about the trailer that was shown on another board. It's pretty spoilerific, so if you want to know the rumor then highlight the text below here;

Apparently the trailer confirmed Alucard being in the game. Interesting move, but I can see where they might want to have included him in there. If true, this makes for a most interesting development I think.

I read that forum and the only thing on there that mentions Alucard is this:

But, in all seriousness, isn't that pretty much a given? It kinda annoys me nowadays how, when you want to state something you believe, your opinion, you have to outright say, "In my opinion....". Back in the day it was never like that. When someone said, "Man, this game is the worst game ever!", just that alone was enough for people to understand that it was an opinion. We never used to make use with a constant barrage of "Oh, but it's YOUR opinion!" or "It's not fact, just opinion!". It would be like stating everything you do before you do it. "I am putting my plate of food on the table! I am taking a bite! I am chewing my food!".

But yeah, other than that, I do agree. Popularity =/= something being good(Twilight...erg), but everybody's entitled to like what they want to like.
