Now I'd love to get this going!

I'd like to get a list of 64 songs from CV, then begin a series of polls. Through this tournament, we will decide the greatest song in the greatest game series for songs!

So, to get the list, I'd like everyone to nominate all of the ones you feel should have a shot at it. (Please don't say, "All of them.") I'l take care of a few right now...

Special nomination note: Once we reach 64 nominations, I will change the list when a song is nominated more times than the others- in other words, re-nominate the songs you feel should be in this, even if they're already nominated!
And no, you can't make an objection to anything on the list. Instead, nominate songs that aren't already there to increase the likelihood that your hated foe of a song will be taken off.

ok, my favorite tracks:

LoD/64 (i personally like the 'ambient' style):
- The Sinking Sanctury (don't know why but i really like this)
- Annex of Silent Madness (villa theme- its good, nice and suspenseful)
- Bloodlines (the one malus plays)
- Tower of Sorcery (sounds mystical, wow i'm a CV64 fan aren't i)
- Rose (and similar sounding tracks)

AoS (the music of this game is kinda different to the other games, it seems to suit the japanese-ish atmosphere):
- Castle Corridor (love it)
- Heart of Fire (julius' theme)
- Prologue (i like that flute bit)
- Premonition (its kind of has a really weird rhythm, but that makes it sound good)
- Clock Tower

CoD:
- Toccata Into Blood-Soaked Darkness (i like the transition between the baroque sounding bit, to the driving bit)
- Blue Serenade

CotM:
- Aquarius
- Circle of the Moon

DX etc.:
- Den
- Cross a Fear

HoD:
- Successor of Fate (the arranged version is awesome)
- Chapel of Dissonance (ditto above)

As much as I know Simons Theme or Bloody tears is going to win this and I salute you, I would have voted for these myself - I felt that some other tracks deserve some love.

Within These Castle Walls (walking through Dracula's ruined castle at the end of the game)
I'm not sure if this last one has a name, but the music when you actually fight Dracula (most people don't get to hear it since he's killed in 5 seconds )

As for the best? It's extremely hard to choose just one. I have a bunch of the OSTs and i listen to castlevania tunes pretty much daily (Dance of Illusions is playing through my headphones right now as a matter of fact), but if i had to choose one (assuming the ones i just listed also count) i'd have to go with Bloody Tears from CVII:SQ for Nintendo. Gargantua being a close second. I just love those organs
