1) Alucard
Reasons: Possesses an inhuman degree of physical strength and is proficient in the use of magic, doesn't rely on one weapon, can completely bypass enemies by turning into mist, has the most life experience among the good guys, and theortically may be invincible if he found a way to create a rainstorm of blood after casting dark metamorphsis.

2) Hector
Reasons:  Can make his own weapons, has I.D.s asisting him in battle, and can make something like a dreadful curse into something harmless.
