December 18, 2009:

One week before the fat man descended to the embers to the joy of pathetic carpetcrawlers the world over.  It was late that evening when I entered the rancid, roach-infested marketplace looking for something barely worthy of my last life earnings.  Amidst the idle chatter of fanboys and the squirrel-like screams of ragequitters coming from every corner, I decided which poison I would succumb to.  I proceeded to feed The Company's filthy overcommercialized whore.

After the shock of spending $15 on a downloadable version of something I could probably own a physical copy of for a third of the price wore off, I realized I was in a grimmer joint than where I started.  Some capitalist fool was talking like Rorschach, and he sounded exactly like that guy from the first and fourth seasons of Viper for some reason.  As I embraced my terrible fate like any other mindless Democrat pig, I felt like I was beginning to like it.  Sure, the polygon count was low and the main character's head had less sides than a consumer-fattening barn house after getting hit by one of Uncle Gorby's hot potatoes, but I found the presention gripping and the gameplay more addicting that Reagan's most secret meth stashes.

I'm not sure I can go back.
