Where's my F-Zero and Gradius for the DS?

Also, it seems (in The States, anyway) that Konami forgot to put out more Gradiuses these past few generations.  What the heck, mate?  Shooting games used to be a significant chunk of the Konami repertoire!

( . . . classic logo gets replaced, shooters dwindle . . . connection . . . ?)

They have two or three F-zero games on the GBA if you're in to the classic SNES type play.

I can't wait for a new F-Zero on the Wii, I love that series and they did such an amazing job on the Gamecube game.

Also a new Gradius game would be fantastic, I love the Vic Viper!
What a horrible night to have a curse!

Hear hear, let's see Gradius VI (or Salamander 3)!  GVI was planned at one stage for PS3, but haven't hear another thing since . . . :(

At least we have Rebirth on the Wii (Gradius).
I'd love a new F-Zero, make it as awesomesauce as the Sega-produced Gamecube one (but a little less floaty and more like the N64 ones... also with more nods to the classic tunes, plz 'cuz I loves me some Big Blue, y'dig?).

I fear that Gradius VI will be a downloadable game with retro graffix :(
Not that I don't like stuff like that, but I want something bigger/better/slicker than Gradius V.

I want something more like Gradius Gaiden.
I like Gradius V but something about it isn't as charming as the 2D Gradius... it just seems off-putting.  It's very beautiful, though.

Looks like Konami have filed for a new "Gradius Arc" trademark.  Could be a Sony Arc tie-in title . . . (bah?)
