One of the biggest mistakes that can again come to pass is the exclusion of X, Zero, and Firebrand from this game.

Remember this?  "Hey, guys!  F bringing in some COOL people, let's MAKE UP A CACTUS AND PIRATE CHICK!!!"

Whaaat?  If you're going to pull that kind of baloney again, at least bring back Ingrid (whom I know little about) or Pure (with whom I want to BREED!!!)!

Indeed! They really need to have some variety of characters in MvC for the Capcom side.
After all, this isn't MvSF.

BTW, I actually really liked Amingo (the Cactus thingy).
I thought he would have been more appropriate in a new Darkstalkers game as a bonus character, though.

When playing these games, I don't really care for strategy. These games are about insane matchups & destroying your opponent by any means necessary. If I wanted to meticulously think about setting up the right strategy I would play the countless other fighters that were made for it. The Marvel VS series is the opposite, which is why it's so popular imo.

@Eric Roman: You are referring to Pure, of Pure & Fur?

I'm sure Zero is going to be in it, so that will be nice. I would also love to see Sigma, but I doubt thats gonna happen. Viewtiful Joe and Super Joe should be in there too.
What a horrible night to have a curse!

I will never get over MvC2's music.
"I'm gonna taaake you for a riiiiide" **Saxophone Riff**
"I've got a heaaaartaaaache..." **another Saxophone Riff**

If it uses the Tatsunoko VS. Capcom engine it'll be soooooooo nice.  I luvz that game. :3

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom was immensely fun, relatively balanced, and incorporated a crisp presentation... until the American release came out. Don't get me wrong, I loved Zero and Joe the Condor being added, but they took away the animated endings, changed the music by taking away everyone's theme songs, and gave us a sub-par mini-game. I enjoyed it, but I hope Capcom pays attention to the little things.
Defeating evil: Apparently easy.
Defeating the Lord of Darkness with a whip and some water: Damn.

Was it REAL ZERO or that ball-jointed doll from Gameboy Advance?

I was looking at the Marvel silhouettes from the trailer and I'm pretty sure one of them is Deadpool.
In the lower right you see a shadow that has a round head and what looks like two katana sticking up from behind it's back. Can anyone else think of any other characters that would have that silhouette?

Man, I know Army of Darkness isn't a Marvel comic, but I'd love to see Ash and Dante (or Arthur) duke it out for demon slaying supremacy.

Sweet! I totally called Deadpool! =P
I'd love to see a fight between him and Dante. That has potential for total epicness! ^_^
On a more somber note, is it just me or do the character graphics in the pics look like ass?
Like they haven't got the final 'comic' graphics filter applied yet.
Iron-man and Morrigan look very 'plastic-molded-ish' to me.
