Castlevania Cover

Greetings!  My apologies if this is the inappropriate place to post this.
As a musician, and a long time fan of this series, it's only fair that I pay tribute.

I've recently released a FREE download single, where I covered two songs from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night in my music project's style.
I've combined both songs (since they're quite similar) into an almost 10 minute long epic track.
Which songs are covered?  Well, download it and see!

The name of my project is called "Hguols" and it is an experimental approach to symphonic black metal, and I'm signed to Barren Meadows Recordings.
The name of the single/song is "The Night Symphony".

It is with honor that I share my work with everyone here.

Click the link below or the artwork above to get the album.

Don't worry, rights are retained by their original creators.
Questions, comments, snide remarks - they're all welcome.

Enjoy the song!

I didn't like the rapid fire guitar very much. The segments without it were actually pretty good though. The Final Toccata portion was pretty cool (especially since there is a thunder storm approaching right now), until the rapid fire guitar showed up again. I actually liked the drum segment a lot. It's an interesting take, if nothing else.

Yes, tremolo distortion is a bit of a trademark of the black metal genre.
It's supposed to have a bit of a "wall of noise" effect to it - and it's not everyone's cup of tea, that's for sure.

Some people don't care for the "overly-chaotic" drumming either, (another black metal characteristic) but I'm glad you liked it.

Thanks for the input.  ^_^
