Topic: Indefinite hiatus at the other place?

Anyone else find the timing of the chapel's indefinite hiatus a bit fishy?  That was THE PLACE on the internet for Lords of Shadow hate over the past year.  LoS bashing was the only topic ever discussed, and anyone who actually had a positive opinion or optimistic outlook on it was quickly gang-tackled by the mods, chapel regulars and trolls who were allowed to operate with impunity as long as they shared the same general views as the staff.  Lords of Shadow releases, a few more weeks of hate (mostly from people who said they wouldn't buy it), and now less than a month later the site has folded up its tents indefinitely.  Coincidence?

This is what I want to know. But yeah it's wierd I just found out about the chapel a few days ago and noticed how all the discussion just abruptly stopped.

Hasn't that Successor or whatever he is called done this numerous times in the past? Shut the site down with little or no explanation, and then reopen it? I dont understand why those people keep going back. Even though the forum was supposed to be closed people were able to post in the Member Announcements section that he forgot to turn off. My favorite post is the "What Happened" thread where that guy called them all out. I think he pissed them off because now they completely shut the forum off.

I do remember reading posts there complaining about all the Castlevania games released after Order of Ecclesia, they were even b*tching about Pachislot, who cares about that its a Japan only release. That site has a staff page and there are like 8 members of the staff but the site hasnt been updated in 6 months. I know of web sites ran by 1 person and they are updated several times a week. I think that site should be taken offline.
