My personal fave is Dhalsim, lol. It's really simple, but I kinda like simplicity.

Also, what motivates people to dress up as characters from a game (CV Judgment) that most of us would run from? I mean, some of the Judgment costumes are really ambitious and well-made too. Does that mean that there are actual fans out there?
