Watched trailer so many times again and again, with earphones, and highest volume!!!!!! @.@ The trailer is also sooo masterfully presented. You get like a nice text graphic, and you're like "oh this is gonna be good!" And then WHOOOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like a rollercoaster instantly diving trillions of feet downward, you desperately try to hang on!!!!!!!!!!!!! @____@ And it makes sharp turns left and right and sideways and spirals without warning!!!!!! @____________@ And then the rollercoaster skyrockets upwards lightyears upward as glimpses of the world flash before you!!!! @.@!!!!!!!

The first one is great (in my opinion), wonderful WONDERFUL characters, lovely interaction and three dimensional personalities, customizable battle system (combos, summons, etc.), unique character skills and cinematic ultimate attacks (with extended ultimates for boss fights), dungeons aren't open but they often have more paths to explore than one.  While the healing system isn't common, it's easy to understand and use to your advantage as you get more points and healing skills.  Interesting deeper story and twists aside from the parody elements, and much more!  MK2 looks to advance and improve the foundations the original started!   

The 'sequel' is like a new version/markII so people don't need to play the first to understand this story (but it could help you appreciate the returning characters much more!)   The first one sold well in both Japan and U.S. regions, so localization could be in the plans (the first one has top quality english VAs, by the way, fans admit they fit better than the Japan VAs!) !

One of those girls in the intro looked kinda familiar. Can't remember where I saw her, but I know it was on some website.

Can someone try to sell the game to me with descriptions of what it is really about and how it plays/looks. Whenever I look it up all I see is bad voice acting and underage girls in weird "naughty positions". I was hyped about the game when I first heard about it (I am talking about #1) but all the stuff I saw thereafter was a major letdown. If they want to say a clearly underage girl is 18 or something then whatever (not buyin that) but it grosses me out when they try the sex sells angle with it. Hopefully it has no part (and I mean NO PART, not even as a little joke in one section) in the game and I just saw someone's screenshots that waited till something like that happened by accident to snap them but I kinda get the feeling it is what I fear. Just grosses me out is all.

People are still speculating about the battle system, it seems like it is still turn based, but no one's certain if there will be free run this time.  But so far, with the radar, it appears battles might take place in the same space as the exploration areas (also random battles might be removed entirely.)

Also the areas seem to be more open and connected than the previous one's dungeons.  Either the world menu was replaced with an actual 3-D explorable world, or dungeons now have wider variety of outdoor locations that are more open.
