Topic: Castlevania voice rips?

I'm asking for either one of two things here.

1) Does anyone have any of the English voice rips? (Meaning PoR, OoE, Judgment, DXC and HD)
2) How does one go about ripping voices?

I already have all the voices from the original SotN, as well as Richter's HD voices. I'm trying to get the rest as a way of using them in projects.

So if someone has them, or can tell me how to rip them from ROMs and ISOs, it'd be very appreciated. Thanks! ^.^
