I suppose it'd be Child Maria, Carrie Fernandez, Charlotte Aulin, and then either Sonia or Shanoa, or Nathan.  Don't have their ages though.

Sonia Belmont - 17 (not only did she have sex before marriage, but she was underage!)
Soma Cruz - 18
Shanoa - 20

Dunno about Nathan's age, though. Hope this clears a few things up.

Think of it in the terms of SotN. Richter was fighting Dracula and was on the losing side. Maria, who's strength is equal to Richter's, gives her power to him and he uses that strength to defeat Drac. So yeah, they technically did it together.
