I haven't forgotten what I know about Castlevania.
What is a profit?  A miserable pile of paper!!!
Give us HD Demon Castle War on a home console NOW!!!
Forget 3D Castlevania --you ruin the brand each time you try!
Dracula is NOT a Belmont --you fools!!!
HoD is nearly a year late to PSN...  Shame on you!
Dishonest marketing is bad for business...
Maybe if Castlevania had Metal Gear's financing these past 10 years...
What happened to all the love showered upon DS owners?
DLC to celebrate a 25th Anniversary?  WTF?!?!?
I don't know.  My mind was recently violated by Konami...

The only reasonable explanation for not showing a game in development, is if it's in the concept stage.  Meaning even if there's something going on, it won't be ready this year and the Anniversary is still screwed.  And about Cox...  Let's not put to much stock in what he says --he obviously got ahead of himself talking about the QTEs.

COX: "There will be no QTEs, because I feel they take away from the action." i lol'd

I still overall believe there will be another announcement of a CV sometime the rest of the 7 months we got of this year. Doesn't hurt to dream. And yeah, even if it is announced, we might not get it til next year.

Agreed.

I heard IGA is working on some Kinect based XBLA puzzle game.

Konami and Capcom, see me in my office after class.

Capcom and Konami: Two of the laziest and thick-headed game developing companies out there. What a shame.

Also, I voted 1, 7, and 8 because who knows if they'll recycle sprites in another DS game, plus I'd rather not much have a PS3 HoD port for the 25th Anniversary; that's just being lazy.

Haha, Square Enix. They irk me so much, I'd rather not comment on their massive fuckery, should I go into a rant. LOL.

I don't think Capcom's as bad as Konami; they are releasing SFIII Online Edition so I'm happy about that  :D

That's good news. LOL. I just wish they didn't decide to reboot DMC, and have the producer model Dante after himself.

Capcom is also working on Mega Man Legends 3 after 10 years, whereas Konami has yet to make the Demon Castle Wars... so...
Laura and Gabriel arrive in the deepest cave of the castle and... they find IGA.

Yes, that speaks volumes. It's about time Capcom finally started listening to their fans, and to top it all off, the game is actually including fan-input.

Konami, you should be ashamed.

In all defense to DmC, at least the gameplay looks boss and it's not a reboot. Also his hair turns white and coat turns red during some sequences. Hell, at least the DMC team is actually putting out a game (though it is mostly run by Ninja Theory).

I'm pretty positive that game was canned. I heard somewhere that it was only a tech demo, but I don't really believe that. Well, if they do have that in store for us, then I'll be damn happy.

LoS Japanese site IGA interview
http://www.konami.jp/castlevania/jp/official/voices/index.html

Interviewer: I heard that you working download version Dracula now.

IGA: "I'm now working SOTN port (PSN (PS3 and PSP) ver is December 16 2010 in Japan) and Harmony of Despair."

IGA doesn't say "now working PS3/Xbox360 Castlevania".
