not sure if this can be posted here or not but here goes.

I was wondering if there were any fan games or edits, ect that are of the metroidvania style that are in a playable stage. I haven't had much luck in finding any thus far but i am pretty new to the concept. I already have a couple of older ones. I kinda have an itch that only CV can scratch. even simple sprite edits to freshen the games up would rock. Any help will be much appreciated, and if this isn't allowed lock the thread and i apologize in advance.

oh, and in the sake of legitimacy i dont need links just names. =D

Well, here seems as good a place as any... In your HoD hack, you might wanna put a black line underneath the feet of the main characters. If you look, you'll notice their feet isn't touching the ground. It's pretty noticeable, too, and looks funny. I'm aware you can't do much about it now, and it's not like I'm demanding it. Just a suggestion for future reference. ^.^

I can make Juste and Maxim's feet touch the ground easily. But I didn't do it.

Why? Because all of the enemies sprites in the game also don't touch the ground and I don't know how to edit them to touch the ground.

But I'll try to learn on how to do that when I'm healthy.

Here is one that was made by CoolStark720.

I helped with some of the sprite work but other then that Coolstark did most of the overall work.

I'd like to know where you can get the right program to hack a GBA rom. I've looked around but come up short almost every time.

Tile Layer Pro (TLP) can edit sprites and tiles for the gba as shown in the mod above.

To get it search for it on google and it should pop up.
