Many of the games included into one vote option aren't even close to being the same game. For example, I can understand including Rondo of Blood and its 2.5D remake as one game, but Dracula XX is entirely different. Castlevania 1, Chronicles, and IV aren't even close to being similar, aside from Chonicles and 1 sharing the same level layout for the first stage.

I wanted to sum it up by event, I did it so that there wont be so many versions on the votes...
There would be 2 Dracula X's 3 Sotns, and a Fuck ton of Cv1s
it would be an overload, so I tried my best to keep it on a coherent level...

Oh how I will be despised by the elitists xD
My top votes are for Rondo of Blood, Symphony of the Night and Harmony of Despair. Rondo of Blood for me being right at the top.

That's my current opinion, but that may change once I play the others. Just need the time to play them is all.

I went for CV4 and SotN.  CV4 was the pinnacle of the 2D sidescroller that went stage by stage.  SotN was the first CV of its kind.  Yes, it was too easy and some of the weapons were broken, but it was the first and all the other metroidvanias feel like clones.  Plus, it is the first and only CV with Alucard as the main character (we really need another one with him as the lead).

SCV4. There is almost no competition for me.
Except maybe Dracula X.

4 wins for me. Second would have been the original, but it's the same option, so...

Second vote of these options? I actually really like wandering the countryside in 2, so I went with that. I play it more than I play SotN.

Thirdly, I voted for Adventure Rebirth. That game is still incredibly fun! And I love that the different difficulties actually change the level layouts as well as enemy placement. It makes each difficulty setting into its own experience.
