That man that is the true heir to the castle, 600 years later known as Genya Arikado, he lives under the protection of a Japanese agency for some reason. In Dawn's conclusion he hints there might be another Dark Lord after Soma, but what of his own fate? He can't live forever can he?

who will succeed in killing him.. a Holy warrior or another anti-hero or will he commit suicide? what will become of his damned soul  :'(

Well, if Christianity is true in the Castlevania-verse, then Alucard could be completely screwed. Not sure if Jesus' blood sacrifice applies to half-vampires but the drinking of blood outside of the symbolism of drinking Jesus' 'blood' is condemned in multiple passages such as:

"Leviticus 17:10-14
“... I will set my face against that person who eats blood and will cut him off from among his people. For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it for you on the altar to make atonement for your souls, for it is the blood that makes atonement by the life.

1 Corinthians 10:21
You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons."

He's arguably doubly damned because he also willingly and unrepentantly practices dark magic. White magic and black magic are not acceptable in Christianity:

“Let no one be found among you... who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead.  Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord...” (Deuteronomy 18:9-14).

Paul in Galatians 5:19-21.  “Now the works of the flesh are manifest... witchcraft... and the like.  I warn you, as I did before that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.”

In other words, without being saved through grace AND repenting of sins such as performing magic- the magic that they use to thwart evil and save lives and almost certainly do NOT believe they should repent for using in their hearts- Alucard and all other spellcasters in the series are damned to Hell by default... and I was going to put a smarmy remark about how supposedly loving the Christian god is here, but I decided not to... oh, wait... >_>

Alucard also consulted prophecies and worked to see them fulfilled, which is also apparently detestable.  Kind of weird considering the Book of Revelations... XD

On a side note, if Alucard dies in-series, fans are going to throw a fit.

I wouldnt say he's "under the protection of" the agency, he's a part of it. Of course we know nothing about said agency either, but apparently Dracula is it's concern if Arikado makes an appearance. Note as Arikado his powers are sealed, as he mentions in Dawn i think- In I think the bad ending where Soma goes Dracula. (he mentions he will have to unleash his powers or something) And only then does he actually shed his disguise and fight as Alucard.

Dunno. I mean, he HAS drank blood when he was younger, before he turned against his father, but he DID turn against his father- and aids the powers of good that be in making sure one day his Father is defeated forever, and he curses his own existence and bloodline, so I dunno, he could be "forgiven" his prior sins... I mean, being half vampire alone is no cause for him to go straight to hell, and he has tried his best to attone for his sins by aiding Belmonts.

Who knows. Its a pretty good question. I think Sex Thing should ask that priest of his with the "mysterious hem rope". He might know a thing or two.
Laura and Gabriel arrive in the deepest cave of the castle and... they find IGA.

It's obviously a trick question. Alucard will never die.

He will be reincarnated as Soma and Mina's kid and his name will be Amos.

With this goody-two-shoes thing he has going on, it's gonna be natural causes (heh). Or maybe sacrifice himself like the dhampir Jesus he is.

Ugh..I really feel he is getting wasted as a character in his present state. And now it's probably all Gabricula this and Satan that for years. I am interested in knowing what IGA had planned. Just to see if he actually had something interesting going on.

He's not gonna die. He's the Zero of Castlevania; just replace "Dr. Wily" with "Dracula" and "died" with "sealed himself in a sleep that lasted all of five seconds".

I don't believe Alucard is damned even in the slightest. He was born a Dhampyre; not by his own choosing. By nature a vampire must have blood to survive. A normal vampire can choose to be good or evil like Dracula did. In terms of God condemning Alucard? Nonsense. God doesn't turn away his own children that he loves unconditionally and equally as God doesn't play favorites; that's a human quality. The only way for Alucard to be damned was if he were to turn away from God himself; by his own choice, much like Mathias did.

I'm sorry; did we read the same Bible?  The Abrahamic God often played favorites.

As stated in the Bible, it's not enough to simply accept JC/God and be saved by grace; you have to repent of sin as well.  If someone knowingly commits a sin and does not repent, then they are not saved.  Even if we assume that Alucard is not by his very nature damned (we have no evidence or passage in the Bible that indicates anything either way about that), he still knowingly and unrepentantly practices dark magic.  If I understand the Bible correctly, Alucard is doomed to Hell for unrepentantly practicing sorcery.

Like his father, he will disappear for 100 years and come back from the dead then.

Or he will be resurrected by a DARK PRIEST.

No I don't read the bible, though from a theological standpoint some of the passages are interesting like the seven seals that speak of the four horsemen (which would make an awesome CV boss battle imo). I'm into spirituality; not religion. I am self-selective in what I feel is true to me. If there are things about God that sound negative, I question them thoroughly without fear. I don't believe in sin as we are only human and thus we make mistakes. It is our greatest contradiction in life, no? And it is through those mistakes that we learn and gain valuable knowledge. We were deliberately created by God to be that way and God know it because he knows all. Really simple isn't it? Anyways I don't want to get off-topic nor derail this thread any further so I'll end this paragraph here  :)

From "Encyclopedia of Castlevania"

http://castlevania.wikia.com/wiki/Encyclopedia_of_Castlevania

Alucard is the hybrid with human and vampire.
When he dies, human's portion disappears.
Only a vicious vampire remains.
He is not allowed to die.
I'm on hiatus now.

^ That's interesting.  Is there a place where that can be read online?

So, he would be damned.  That really sucks.

I'm into spirituality; not religion. I am self-selective in what I feel is true to me.

And I'm non-religious. Doesn't mean I can't know religion.
You just... decide what you think the truth is based upon feelings?  How, by intuition? I always thought the truth was about objective facts.

But if they're positive they're assumed to be true?

I started my post with "Well, if Christianity is true in the Castlevania-verse..." because it is heavily implied that in the Castlevania-verse, Christianity is canon; I'm guessing the OP assumes the same considering the poll at the top of this topic.
Whether or not sin actually exists is irrelevant.

lol ;D

Well Alucard is immortal so if he dies would be by the hands of an enemy. I don't think he would commit suicide. If Alucard were suicidal he would have done it a long time ago instead of just falling asleep in a tomb.

Alucard can still go to heaven but I suspect he would have to make lots of sacrifices, if he's willing to do so then he will be saved, if he's not then he'll go to where the likes of him belongs to.

If xtianity is true in the CV world, or in the real world even, then everyone is fuct and going to hell.  Only those who abandon all need for money or possessions, and do nothing that is self motivated and basically exist to tend to others, particularly those in need, and stay that way their whole lives, will go to heaven. (new testament trumps old) Last time I checked, NOBODY really lives by those tenets, in the CV world or the real one.
Besides, I'm sure he probably accidentally touched his penis in the shower at least once.  Damned for sure.
