Yeah, looks awesome. Been waiting on this one for a while.

Does anyone know how fast this thing might get shut down once it comes out? Just curious. I know most fan games get pulled right away for being an unlicensed product of an existing copyright. But that's usually when they take the name and likeness of a single game/franchise and make an unauthorized game. Is this any different? Or does it fall under fair use as parody? I really have no idea how this stuff works.

It sounds like it's going to be flash based, and playable in a browser so I think it might fare a little better than the SoRremake, or the Golden Axe remake that got shut-down... Hopefully.
