Yo, bitches. Looking for some opinions on Sonic Colors—the DS version in particular. Well, first off: the DS one is a side-scroller, right? While the console one is kinda more like, I dunno, the more recent console games? 2D Sonic is my love; forget the rest.

Anyway, to break it down...

- I love Sonic Rush.
- However, Sonic Rush Adventure was a severe letdown.
- Sonic 4 blows. Like, REALLY blows; I can't stand how there's no weight and momentum in the game.
- I'm currently enjoying Sonic Generations on both the PS3 and 3DS.

So, with all this in mind, do you think I'll enjoy Colors on the DS; is it a good recent Sonic game? It's at my Target for twenty bucks and comes with three bonus styluses, ooooooooooooh.

I played a ways into it so far and I like it. The new power ups are interesting. And it is definitely more Sonic Rush and less Adventure. I think there's a good chance you'll like it.

Coolbeanz0rs, dood. Watched a YouTube video and it looks right up my alley (well, story stuff aside).

I might even have to pick up the Wii version at some point if I grow to like the "modern" stages in the console Generations enough. They're fun, but dunno if I'd want anymore than this.

Might as well ask also: How's Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing? Anybody know? I'm a sucker for a good kart racing game. Might have to pick it up for 360 (if I do) just to play Banjo and Kazooie, lolz.

You know I've had it on my download list on at least 3 different occasions, but never ended up trying it. If you get to try it let me know since I'll be getting a Wii again soon finally.

Console version all the way. IMO. Though I heard DS Colors was good.

3DS Generations on the other hand... Is stupid.

The Classic Sonic stages are just straight ports with new graphics, and considering they gave classic Sonic a homing attack, the ONLY difference is one can spindash while the other Boosts, since both are 2D/2.5D
