Topic: Looking for an old snes game again...

The game I'm looking for now is a Japanese exclusive game (I think) and you play with two characters who look like little kids. One looks like a stereotypical anime villian and the other looks like an angel. I believe the angel character ends up in prison and the second level is about him trying to escape from it. I remember there is a part where you had to dodge search lights or something. That's all I remember!

Wasn't Go Go Ackman was it? The main character was a demon and the angel was technically his rival.
