We've seen major references to Carmilla and Elizabeth Bathory several times, and PoR featured a vampire that was suspiciously similar to Count Orlok of Nosferatu. Are there any other classic vampires you guys would like to see in a future installment? Myself, there are two on my list that I really would like to see.
Lord Ruthven, of John Polidori's "The Vampyre", could make for an interesting rival figure to Dracula.
Sir Francis Varney, of the popular 19th century Penny Dreadful "Varney the Vampire, or The Feast of Blood" would be a very interesting vampire character. It's also worth noting that his character is probably the most important vampire in literature, being that without him, there would be no Ruthven, Carmilla, or Dracula. Also, he is the first vampire to despise his condition, making him more of a tragic anti-hero than an outright villain. And, he actually has an explanation for how he comes back to life so much: the moon.
