Frame rate allows for animation to run more fluid and life-like. 30 fps tends to give a game a more cinimatic feel for some, as it is the same frame rate that movies use. I prefer the more life-like 60 fps, myself.
Basically, more frames = better animation.
Plus, since the original RoB ran in 60 fps, I'm somewhat wondering if new version does so as well.
It doesn't matter too much. I'm still getting it. I'm just a bit curious...
But from what I hear from these "Smooth" remarks, I'm assuming 60 fps...
