Nowadays you are either a graphics whore or a fanboy. BR is Shank not CV. It is ridiculous to think that it is better than CV. If it was CV then it would be what RE4 is to Resi, a series killer. Dumb it down and make it look pretty. Enough idiots will buy it.

Hmm. So the title is why he's hesistant to make a CV without Dracula.

I think he confused Quincy and John Morris.  :P

I'm glad he acknowledges how shitty loi and cod were. I just hope the next-gen game shows vast improvement!

Though I enjoyed both LoI and CoD, well, not story wise, I do agree that they weren't as good as they should have been. This is Castlevania! There is no reason why 3D Castlevanias shouldn't be AAA, especially in this day and age. I also find it very selfish of both Iga and Konami. Why should the fans have to suffer because Iga doesn't have what it takes? If he can't do it, then find somebody who can.

I'm glad he acknowledges how shitty loi and cod were.

They weren't shitty, granted there's room for improvement in both  games (especially LOI's music) but neither of them are shitty games, I think the drastic changes in gameplay, making the games take a long time and the new story elements just turned alot of people off. Back to The Future for the nes now THAT's a shitty game.  :)

I'm also curious as to his mention of Bram Stoker's Dracula. While I haven't read to about the second chapter, I do believe that Quincy Morris was Texan in the book as well as the movie.

Yup, Quincy was Texan. He and John Harker killed Dracula simultaniously before Quincy died of his wounds. Later Mina and Harker had a baby which they named Quincy Harker. The end.

In the next castlevania they need a Dracula that isn't just a fun fight, but one that is actually really creepy. Something like Nosferatu. Imagine walking down a hall in the game and you think you see something behind you and you ignore it, then you look again and realize it was Dracula, then he smiles at you in a creepy was and dissapears into vapor. Nothing to advance the storyline, just a random occurance.
