Obvious photoshop, Slender Man would never stand directly under a light post!

Notice in all official sighting of Slender Man he tends to lurk more in the shadows than in direct light.

And even when presented with the option to lurk under a light post's shade or stand in the light, Slender Man still chooses not under the light post! All verifiable facts I tells ya!

Not as scary as I thought it would be, but not bad either.

Nah, those are all real slendermen. Yeah, there's really more than one. Right, TheCruelAngel. ;)

Definitely more than one, slenderman research points to multiple instances of slendermen sightings across the globe at roughly the same time. There has been backlash against the multiple slendermen theory with claims that slenderman's power includes planes walking which allow him to be at multiple locations, no matter the distance, almost instantly and if done so at a rate exceeding 60 appearances per second (aps) one could mistake the singular slenderman for multiple. But that feat just seems too implausible to coordinate each instance, shape, etc. so the majority of slenderman research points to the existence of multiple slendermen.

Now here comes the creepy thing: not to sound like a hipster but I once had a pre-sleep hallucination. Guess what was in it.
What is weirder about this is that I later looked for info about this "event" and found the creepypasta about slendy, which pretty much describes in detail what I saw, except for the white face, mine was a faceless pile of mist which formed out of the shadows, with a suit and tentacles. Cool, uh?
Note: I was completely sober AND that never happened to me again, just that time.

I guess the explanation for it may be that our brains are unimaginative and we are likely to dream scary things like that (for example the images of "have you seen that man" which depicts a rather ugly individual which people tend to dream with)

Slender is a great game. Now they are working on new game with slenderman, Slender the Arrival. It should be released in early 2013.
