Well, from what i have seen so far from Cox, i don't hold my hopes up.

I'm usually very organized when it comes to images, but I've got SO MANY that I have four places where I put them.  I have an 'unsorted' area, a 'sorted' area, a NSFW area, and a 'set' area where I put copies of images that I want to use as banners/avatars on various forums.  The unsorted folder is a mess only divided by fandom, while the other sections have sub-folder organized by characters in the fanart and whether it's a comic or pairing fanart.  I even split up official art and fanart, if there are enough images to warrant it.

The image in question is in one of these areas on my computer; I just have to figure out where. XD If my hand slipped while I was sorting it, I might have put it in the wrong folder.  Or maybe I just didn't look hard enough.

That happens frequently to me.
I like to think I have all my stuff organized, but sometimes I just can't find a file I'm sure I have and I know it's somewhere, but since I don't have a lot of patience, I usually give up if I can't find it in a few minutes.

I too am pretty organized with pictures, but sometimes, sifting through all of them is so tedious and forgetting the file names makes it harder to search.
