Please do not hotlink straight from funnyjunk as we cannot view the image.
Oh, and also fixed the rampant -1's on the last page.
It is precisely because it never cared, that people do care.  It's something which it's lacking, because that which it has, it has lackluster of.

You are now reading this in Robert Belgrade's voice.

Then Lords of Shadow 2 just takes a big, semi-solid, smelly, pea-green dump all over everything.

Hehe, great minds think alike?  :P

In the game's defense, I gotta say that regular units do very little damage to walls and castles, which makes sense and forces you to use siege weapons and use tactics to defend them from enemy attacks.
Ultimately, the amount of logic in the game is... fair.

I dont play games for login unless its about mystery or logic is really the focus of the game. so I only post here for share giggles with users xD

The most iconic and hilarious thing in Age of Empires 2 to me is that almost everythins starts burning when its take damage. Also you can create combat units (warriors, chivalry, siege weapons, etc.) inside their own building, but you cannot put them inside if they have spawned out of it or if you get them out of the building, you just cant put them back. xD

You can put them in towers, castles and town centers though (also in these ramming cars, but only soldiers on foot).

I remembered one time when I was playing AoE 2, I sent in a villager to attack a castle. I think there was a blind spot somewhere in the castle where no arrows could hit the villager, so yeah, I was able to destroy a castle with just one villager. I'm sure it was a glitch since I couldn't do it for a second time.

Can someone explain an age old Final Fantasy question for me? You have a person with whom you  care for get killed, but instead of simply using one of the many phoenix downs in-game, said person gets buried and forgotten. Its kinda like they werent really wanted around.

Its totally normal, If they didnt researched a special ability, towers and castles cant shoot in enemies very close to them.

In Final Fantasy Tactics you need to revive a character in 3 turns or he cant been revived anymore. In Final Fantasy V, Galuf cant be revived because he already reached 0 HP but still continues attacking and receiving damage, they explain that its too much to her body and spirit and they cant bring him back.

Actually, Phoenix Downs don't revive a dead person, they work like a defibrillator. In FF6, there is a scene where Locke tries to use the Phoenix Summon to revive his sickly girlfriend, and that obviously failed and she died (or so I remember). Phoenix Summon of course, is probably the strongest version of reviving someone. That said, magic revive probably works the same way, as in they don't resurrect just brings people back from the brink.

Here's a facepalm logic.

Lenneth flies all around the world to find souls to obtain... but she can't fly in a dungeon and requires crystal stepping stones.

I remember this well. It wasn't Phoenix Sommon but instead Locke took the Magicite; Phoenix and placed it on Rachel. After a second of nothing the stone does revive her but only for a short time. They both say there goodbyes, she sets Locke's heart free from all the grief he'd suffered and with the last of her strength, repairs the broken Phoenix Magicite. It was one of the more touching story aspects of the game. Simplistic yet well done.

I thought FFVI was really effective with what it was able to convey with it's sprites and lack of voice acting. Locke's desperation trying to revive Rachel, Celes's dispair when you let Cid die and her act of attempted suicide, and themes such teenage pregnancy(Katarin and Duane), the different facets of what "love" means(love between those you care for, relationships that go through rocky situations and trust issues, as well that true love is not always love between "lovers" but can be anything from brotherly bonds as well as a woman's unconditional love towards a town of orphans). One of the many reasons it's still my favorite Final Fantasy game of all time. I don't think Square has came close to attempting to address similar issues with the FF series since then(maybe to play it more safe).
