I always thought that Demons & Wizards' song Crimson King really fits the mood in LoK, so I made a video out of game scenes.

Kain is not Dracula and Dracula is not Kain. They're two different characters. Kain is both the hero and an antagonist in Soul Reaver, but his character development reveals by the ending of SR2 that he's not truly evil as Moebius is not truly good. The two of them seem to be beyond good and evil and manipulated by chaotic powers they cannot understand.

Whoa.... Okay. I just wondered if he seemed like Dracula being just the way he was sit in that throne, cause it looked familiar.

You should play Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver if you haven't. Great story.
In the first game in the series, Legacy of Kain: Blood omen, Kain is a noble who is murdered and then resurrected as a vampire. Kain becomes a hero and is given a choice- The Pillars of Nosgoth, a place with great power which protects Kain's world is threatened by a great evil. Kain is sent on a quest by Ariel (the woman who is the ghost in the video) to stop the evil and save the Pillars from being destroyed. However, after Kain completes the quest he becomes so powerful that he decides to destroy the Pillars himself and become the ruler of the now ruined Nosgoth by becoming the king of vampires who then control Nosgoth.
This is the Reason why in the video, the opening of Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, he sits on a throne under the ruins of the Pillars.

It's hinted in the video. Raziel was Kain's soldier / servant for a thousand years, and in that time the Vampires have been evolving and gaining new powers. Probably because Kain was the strongest vampire, he was evolving faster than the other vampires.
However, Raziel somehow surpassed Kain by growing wings before him. This made Kain angry and jealous, and maybe he thought Raziel was becoming stronger than him, so that is why he broke his wings and decided to kill him by throwing him into the lake of the dead.

Soul Reaver yes, Blood omen no. But at the time I dont understood anything that they said. I only remember the first sentence in-game after the cutscenes, something like "blah blah Raziel, I woody" lol
