I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen, it would be a good way to release one more LoS game after LoS2. A director's cut of MoF would be pretty fantastic. I can only imagine how much more I would enjoy it if they made it a bit longer and added more monsters.

I don't think so.

Nintendo has exclusiveness for at least 2 years or so.

That's simply not true. I'm sure there's a contract, but not 2 years. It isn't a game that would be so worth to pay for 2 years of exclusivity. 1 year or less is a much more realistic guess.

They always can bundle the 3 games together later and release on PC/PS360/Next Gen consoles.

As much as I don't feel like getting a Wii U right now, I'd certainly eventually get it and enjoy playing it on a console.  I always enjoy playing Castlevania games on different sized screens than they were originally made for.

I'd love for it to be released for consoles. It would save me for having to buy a 3DS (something I'm on the fence about). Not to mention, the graphics would probably be better. I've been watching a walkthrough and the cutscenes looks horrible. At least the gameplay is cool.

Why not make it 60 while they are it?? (On PC and next gen consoles it should be possible)

A) If it's exclusive for only a year, that doesn't do too much. People will hold out. It would be at least 2 years.

B) It doesn't have to be a money deal. It could be a publishing, license, or other discount on development deal.

I don't see it happening, if they bring the game to HD consoles they need to make more content, they can sell the game as it is, for portable it's ok, for home consoles it's too short with very little to do after you beat the game. They are going to finish LOS2 an move on.

There are lots of console games with less than 4 hours worth of gameplay. LOL.

Super Mario is one of the best examples, using warp zones you can beat it in less than 1 hour.
