I think Mirror of Fate is a game way, way better than Mirror of Fate.
Although, I find the comparison a little unfair. One is for an 8th generation portable console, and the other for old java cellphones.

I'm fearful to give MoF a go because I most definitely will create a mess wondering how this CV stacks up to the OoE masterpiece. I envision A Da Vinci painting, only with Andy Warhol backgrounds! Hahaha (anyone)

Granted, Mirror of Fate is by far the worst portable Castlevania game when comparing it to GB, GBA, NDS and PSP games. At least that's my personal view.

No, you misunderstood what I said.
I didn't say Mirror of Fate is excellent; it's a passable game, at best. It's better than Lords of Shadow from what I've personally experienced playing both games, but that doesn't say much about it, they are still my least favourite console and portable game, respectively.
