hello.  I'm trying to remember a castlevania hack I played a few years ago that I got from (I think) this site.  Again I'm sure about this but I think It was a hack of either NES CV1 or CV3 and you could play as Sonia Belmont using her Castlevania Legends sprite.  That's all I can remember

I don't recall a hack with Sonia, but the fan game "Dracula's Shadow" uses a colorized version of her sprite, but it's a different character.

It wasn't a hack so much as it was a re-imagining/re-inventing of Simon's Quest. It has Sonia's sprite but like inccubus said she's under a different name. The game is called Dracula's shadow. You can download it here;
