Wolfenstein 3D source code, one has to wonder just how much it being "officially licensed" matters.
40 bucks is a steep price (+$25 if you want the box and manual), but I'm tempted to get it, partly for the lulz, but also just because it's actually a super fun game. I mean, it IS Wolf3D after all, but it allows for circle strafing using the shoulder buttons, which is incredibly satisfying to do, and is missing from the SNES version of Wolf3D and even the PC original (thankfully rectified for XBLA).
My family used to own a few of those wonked-out Wisdom Tree NES games, and somehow I feel compelled to own part of that history again. Being a smartly-done repro cart, there's no more having to plug a licensed cart into the top of Noah3D
Sonic & Knuckles style to get around the lockout chip, as it's a standalone cartridge now.
srsly tempted u gaiz, lewl
