Jeez, about time. I guess we can expect Dracula's Curse next year then at the rate these releases are going.

I think they need to put Belmont's Revenge there ASAP, before Dracula's Curse. It's been over 1,5 years since Adventure was released. Is it me or is nobody releasing VC gameboy games anymore? The last european GB release was in september, I think. And before that it was in october 2012 (!). Are they done with GB games altogether? (Not to mention there hadn't been a single GBC game since Shantae (july) when Mario Tennis suddenly came out two weeks ago. Not that Mario Tennis is something I would ever considered buying.)

I will pick up Simon's Quest eventually. Out of boredom and...uhm.. loyalty, I guess? I'm just not excited. At all. It's not an especially unusual game and it has been played to death by a lot of people, both back in the 80's and more recently on the Wii. I think Belmont's Revenge would've been a more interesting choice. But I guess the Virtual Console isn't about interesting, rarer games anymore. They just want us to pay for the same old NES game over and over and over again.

I'm kinda hesitant to get it. I thought the CV1 port on 3ds was very slow and I'm afraid this will be too.

I haven't noticed this issue. But then again I downloaded it to my 2DS. Since CV 1 isn't a 3DS title I don't need it on my 3DS.

Picked it up, started playing it, got lost in the world for a couple hours. It amazes me how I still tend to remember the quickest path through the game despite not touching it in a really long time. If you don't like—even love this game, you're borderline crazy.

I picked it up.  I was thrilled to see Life Force and Ninja Gaiden III on there too.  Now I just need to find time to play them!
