Topic: Help wanted for Castlevania 3 hack

I have been trying to make a cv3 hack for some time but have failed over and over. I am ok with making graphics and am good at level layout but i do not have very good abilities with hex editing. I don't want anything to fancy I'm wanting something on the level of Blood moon but if possible i would like a music change. I will start fresh with a new rom.
