Castlevania Dracula X Chronicles PSN Europe

Alright.
So this game finally arrived on the European PSN, and I was so extremely happy and excited.
Then I noticed, unlike any other PSP game released for download on PSN, this was actually NOT available for the Vita?
They actually released it just for PSP-Go owners?

That is crazy.

Does anyone have any idea if it might work to download on Ps3, and transfer to Vita from there?

Thanks.

I don't know if anyone here cares, but I contacted PSN support, and here is the answer.

"Thanks for your e-mail about your PlayStation Vita (PS Vita).

I can see from your e-mail that you would like to know why the game Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles is only available for the PlayStation Portable (PSP) and not the PS Vita in PlayStation Store in Europe, even though it is available for PS Vita in the PlayStation Store in the US. I have asked my supervisor about this, and have been informed that this is simply a marketing decision taken by SCEE (Sony Computer Entertainment Europe), which is different from the marketing decisions taken by SCEA (Sony Computer Entertainment America), and that unfortunately there is nothing that we can do about this.

My best advise to you, in this case, would be to register an American Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) account and purchase the game on this account."

This is kinda frustrating... I can't download on a American account as the Vita is locked to 1 account only.
I don't get why the guy on the support doesn't know this... lol

Download it from your ps3, and transfer it to the vita. It works like a charm. That's what I did, and I have been enjoying the Dracula X Chronicles on my vita for about a year now. Which is nice since I sold my turbo duo! LOL

This reminds me of the time I bought both DLC expansions for LoS, and then found out the version I had (didn't come with the original case) was the PAL version. Forty something bucks for nothing.

Ain't region lock a bitch?

I know what you mean, but you are probably American, and your version on the PSN also supports Vita.
