Funnily enough it's a clip of Chronicles, the much less popular game which also wasn't original to the PS1. Maybe the footage was cheaper? Or is Chronicles more popular in Japan than we know about? You can catch the clip within the first 11 seconds of the video, but blink and you could miss it.

It's a quick, split second clip of Alucard beating an Axe Armor. It's in the 10 - 12 second area, RIGHT after the PlayStation logo.
